Shipping and Returns

Due to COVID-19, USPS is currently experiencing longer delivery times. Shipping times may temporarily require more time to be delivered. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

How much does shipping cost?

Here at Be Radiant all purchases over $50 receive free shipping (in the U.S). Purchases under $50 are subject to a one-time shipping fee of $5.

When will my package ship?

We package and ship orders within 3-4 business days from the date the order was placed. Most circumstances orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of ordering.

I didn't receive my package - what now?

If your tracking number states the package was delivered, you are responsible for filing a claim with USPS. Be Radiant is not responsible for lost or stolen product once items are delivered.

 Returns

We are here to help. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.

• All returns must be received within 30 days of the order date.
• Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn.
• Include your order number with your return.
• Shipping is non-refundable.
• Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return.
